**Job description**

Looking to hire a full time Dog Groomer starting in May 2026 for a busy grooming salon located in Orleans.

Please note we have full time bathers taking care of bathing, blow drying and combing leaving our groomers to do what they do best, which is clip and scissor. The position is not commission based in order to prevent a competitive environment and consists of a fixed schedule.

You come to us with:

- At least 1 year of grooming experience
- Experience with all breeds, clips and patterns
- Strong scissoring and clipping skills
- A good knowledge of safe handling and pet behaviours

You will need to perform full grooming services for dogs for a diverse range of pet owners. Attention to detail is key. As you know, this role is physically demanding and involves standing, bending, and lifting.

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
