Hourly Rate**:$18 - $30 / Hour**

**You will be assisting in daily projects. Some of the tasks include**:

- Ensure work is performed efficiently and safely
- Ensures safe and responsible operation of all vehicles and equipment
- Supervise and support the crew members
- Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, drills, grinders, etc.
- Accurately maintain daily, written records for the purpose of tracking, reporting and documenting maintenance activities
- Ensure all tools/equipment are operated competently, safely and maintained in a good operating condition
- Ability to work 40-50 hours per weeks including weekends if required
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks
- Comply with all company policies and regulations
- Represents NIAGARA SEALING PROS in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner in all dealings with the customer and community
- Power wash / clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, fences, etc.
- Make repairs to damaged concrete and wood decks
- Seal / stain different concrete surfaces and asphalt driveways as well as wood decks and fences
- Repair interlock areas by levelling pavers and replacing polymeric sand
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Work Conditions and Qualifications**:

- Fast pace physically demanding environment
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- **MUST HAVE** valid G Ontario Driver's licence & clean driver’s record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Able to work unsupervised
- Be punctual and on time for work
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions as required
- Minimum 2 year concrete repair / coatings or equivalent
- Leadership qualities and experience in managing people
- OWN transportation to commute from home to shop in Niagara Falls
- Must have Safety steel toed boots and cell phone
