**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service. As an Owner Operator, you will have to manage your own schedule while ensuring timely deliveries across various routes.

Hours of duty range from early a.m. to early evening. 6am-7 pm (Approx)

**Duties**
- Operate a tractor-trailer, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Mostly city work.
- Drive various types of vehicles including flatbeds, and dry van as needed.
- Load and unload freight, utilizing forklifts when necessary to ensure safe handling of cargo.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle and trailers to ensure it is in good working condition before and after each trip.
- Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries while maintaining accurate logs of driving hours and mileage.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior to uphold company standards.
- Personal hygiene is expected.

**Requirements**:

- Operator **MUST SPEAK CLEAR & CONSICE ENGLISH**:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with tractor-trailers and various freight types.
- Construction fields and oil/gas site experience is an asset.
- MUST have extensive experience with straps and chains with binders.
- Experience with pipe, machines, engines, construction product and material.
- Ability to operate specialized vehicles such as zoom boom and forklift is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices while on the road.
- MUST have valid insurance
- MUST have own WCB
- MUST have reliable late model truck
- MUST operate AB / B.C. / Saskatchewan

Pay: $120,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
