**You as a People & Culture / Human Resources Manager will**:
- Deliver full recruitment services for multiple areas, including front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, and interviews
- Provide coaching and resources to employees and managers with respect to career development, staffing initiatives, corporate change, performance management, and employee relations.
- Compile relative HR metrics, analyzing, reporting and identifying trends to strategically support business needs.
- Support the implementation (including launches) of all HR programs, activities, and annual processes
- Support in the resolving of complex employee relation issues.
**Is this the right role for you?**
- College or University education in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 5+ years in human resources experience
- You have strong interpersonal communication and project management skills as well as the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- You have an advanced working knowledge of Human Resources databases, including HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment websites.
- You have the ability to work strategically with all levels of management in the organization and strive to make the best employee experience possible.
