**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Coordination of scenarios preparation and schedule releases across all manufacturing sites.
- Improve and standardize deliverables from the Master Scheduling teams.
- Be responsible for completing deliverables and reports related to the Delivery planning base on time, maintaining a high standard of quality for all levels of the organization within Bombardier.
- Establish, coordinate, and prepare weekly and monthly reviews of master schedules for different sites with Bombardier’s senior executives.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of key special projects related to operations.
- Participate in production unit governance.
- Support and/or participate in improvement project mandates within the sectors.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in aerospace or complex product industry, ideally in, but not limited to, production planning or industrial engineering.
- You are a highly organized individual (PMP certification is an asset).
- You have demonstrated ability to improve the efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies.
- You are comfortable interacting & presenting to all levels of management.
- You are driving for results and taking initiatives to achieve personal and team objectives.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
- You are a good team player and highly reliable.
