**Job Summary**
Full Time Clinical Exercise Physiologist - Preventous Collaborative Health

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to work on-site supporting clients in achieving their health and wellness goals through personalized fitness assessments, programs, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and provide detailed reports with evidence-based recommendations.
- Design individualized fitness and rehabilitation plans, track progress, and provide ongoing follow-up with clients.
- Collaborate closely with our Athletic Therapist, Dietitian, and medical team to ensure an integrated, patient-centered approach to care.
- Partner with clients to set and achieve functional health and wellness goals.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (or equivalent).
- CSEP-CEP certification (or equivalent) and up-to-date registration with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong time management, organizational, and independent work skills.
- Previous experience with fitness assessments, chronic disease, personal training, and/or developing customized fitness plans is considered an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining client-focused care.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation starting at an average of $38.00 per hour or higher, based on experience.
