As a
**Work Schedule Planner** for our Toxicology team in
**Laval**, you will be responsible for the optimal planning of the working hours of our technical staff. Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.
In this role, primary
**responsibilities **include:
- Efficiently plan the daily technical schedule implementing various work shifts to minimize overtime
- Balance individual employee workloads
- Plan the schedule according to individual skills and restrictions
- Plan the training depending on operational needs
**Key Elements**
We are looking for the following minimum
**qualifications** for this role:
- College Diploma in Administration or any related discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in work schedule planning
- Good attention to details, observation & organizational skills
- Understanding or written English is mandatory. Bilingualism French & English is preferred
- Please note that upon being hired, you will have to undergo an annual tuberculosis test at the expense of the company._
**Role Specific Information**:
- Location: Laval / Free parking / Near the subway Montmorency
- Salary: Starting at 25.72$/hrs. Opportunity to start at higher level and higher salary with specific research experience
- Annual bonus based on performance
- Schedule: Weekdays between Monday to Friday
- Permanent position as of the hiring, full-time 37.5hrs per week

**About Safety Assessment**
