**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary Range**:$20 - $35/Hour depending upon experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Remove and install various automotive parts and components including bumpers, fenders, doors, and interior parts.
- Ensure all parts are removed and installed according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify any additional repairs needed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an R & I Technician or similar role in the auto repair industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
