**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing and replacing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance.
- Fabricate and install various components and systems as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions

**Salary**: $15.68-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Secondary School (preferred)
