Woodbridge Speech-Language Therapy (WSLT) is a pediatric private practice that offers client-centered therapy in-clinic, virtually and now in the community. We are a passionate and growing team of Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Communication Disorders Assistants (CDAs), and are looking for enthusiastic SLPs to join our team. We serve a diverse range of clients with various diagnoses, including Articulation Disorders, Dysfluency, Language Disorders/Delays, Reading & Writing Difficulties, Motor Speech Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Our clients come from varied cultural backgrounds, and we pride ourselves on providing care that is as unique as their needs. We take a compassionate, holistic approach to maximise their experience. WSLT treat clients with respect and an open-mind, in both therapy approaches and the involvement of other professionals as needed.

- **Your**_**Responsibilities**:
- Providing assessments in areas of speech, language, social skills, and literacy
- Designing evidence-based therapy plans, in keeping with best practice guidelines and clinical expertise
- Providing creative therapy activities and games to target goals based on the client’s interests and abilities
- Providing education, training, and engaging activities to caregivers to support carry-over
- Monitoring progress and effectiveness of therapy towards client’s goals
- Maintaining timely records in keeping with CASLPO standards
**What You Bring To The Table**:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and a passion for working with clients, families, and other professionals
- Minimum 1 year experience working with pediatric population (assest)
- Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (C.A.S.L.P.O.)
- Proof of Professional Liability Insurance
- Experience with developmental disorders as an asset
- A creative, compassionate, and flexible approach to therapy

Pay: $100.00-$110.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
