Please note, this job is in our straight truck division and is very different from tractor trailer dispatching.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete and send customs paperwork to broker
- Communicate with customers, brokers and truck drivers
- Complete excel spreadsheets
- Prepare manifests for drivers and ensure all information is cleared to cross the border
- Track trucks and know where they are at all times
- Dispatch drivers to their pick ups
