**The team**:
We are currently seeking an outstanding individual with initiative and drive to join our Offerings and Transformation team. Reporting to the Head of Vertical Offerings, the Offering Manager position takes a vertical-centric and customer-journey approach to offering management. This role is a critical component of Genetec’s transformation focused on improving the outcomes of our customers.

You’ll be working closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations and Support to design, deliver and monitor offerings suited for the Retail and Banking verticals. The Offering Manager is responsible for the full life cycle of an offering, including validating the market segment needs, determining the business and operating model, and assessing the implications for every stakeholder involved in the customer journey. You’ll be a leader who advocates for change within and outside of the company.

**What your day will look like**:

- Accountable for the full iterative life cycle of a vertical offering portfolio, including validating the needs in the market and establishing the outcome focused value proposition of the offer portfolio that best addresses the market segment need
- Drives the direction of the offering and products in support of the overall vertical priorities
- Develop a rigorous feedback loop to continually gather and analyze customer sentiments across entire customer journey
- Work closely with our Product teams on the technical specifications to build some offerings, along with help from marketing, sales, legal, fulfillment and support
- Work with technology and channel partners for integrated roadmaps, co-creating of offers and joint GTM initiatives.
- Set priorities for the vertical, spell out resource requirements and build business plans
- Analyze and report on competitor developments
- Oversee multiple bundles, pricing tiers, up-sell paths, and pricing strategy
- Identify and own key partnerships, managing the ecosystem of the vertical offers

**About you**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Marketing Manager, or similar role
- Experience developing and launching products and technologies
- Experience creating a strategic roadmap(s) from conception to launch
- Working knowledge or experience in the retail or banking vertical helpful
- Project Management experience and skills a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent

Le gestionnaire des offres joue un rôle essentiel dans la transformation de Genetec visant à améliorer la satisfaction de ses clients.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les services des ventes, du marketing, de la R-D, de la gestion des opérations et du soutien à la préparation, à la mise en œuvre et au suivi d’offres adaptées aux marchés verticaux des secteurs bancaire et de la vente au détail. Le gestionnaire des offres est responsable de l’ensemble du cycle de vie d’une offre, notamment de l’évaluation des besoins du segment de marché, de la détermination du modèle commercial et opérationnel et de la détermination de l’implication de chaque intervenant impliqué dans le parcours du client. Vous serez un dirigeant qui prône le changement à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de l’entreprise.

**À quoi ressemblera votre journée**:

- Prendre en charge le cycle de vie itératif complet d’un portefeuille d’offres verticales, notamment évaluer les besoins du marché et établir la proposition de valeur axée sur les résultats du portefeuille d’offres qui répond le mieux aux besoins du segment de marché
- Orienter l’offre et les produits de manière à soutenir les priorités verticales globales
- Développer une boucle de rétroaction rigoureuse pour recueillir et analyser en permanence les commentaires des clients tout au long de leur parcours
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de produits sur les spécifications techniques de certaines offres, avec l’aide des services de marketing, de vente, d’exécution et de soutien ainsi que des services juridiques
