Dedicated to elevating and maintaining the health and wellbeing of our team, the studio is decked out with
fitness equipment, the kitchen is stocked with healthy snacks, and work areas range from cozy café style
lounge spaces to ergonomically friendly sit/stand desks. While the studio is an inviting and creative space,
our work can happen anywhere - we allow for remote work and flexible schedules. These are just a few of
the things that make us different. We also have social groups, monthly team events, and so much more.

The Visualization Specialist will be responsible for developing conceptual renderings, 3D models, and
dynamic video simulations. This role includes:

- Contributing photorealistic imagery to the visual narrative of projects, in collaboration with and

under the direction of design teams and project leaders;
- Producing in visuals that effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders;
- Participating and contributing to the development of Republic’s visual brand and standards;
- Exploring new visual technologies;
- Collaborating with and mentoring design teams;
- Creating and delivering high quality visuals under tight deadlines; and
- Maintaining Republic’s visual library.

Preference will be given to applicants with degrees or certificates in architecture, interior design, graphic
Twinmotion, 3DS Max, Unreal Engine, Substance Tools, and Photoshop is an asset.
