Speedway RV Campground Host

Saratoga Motorsports Park is growing with the opening of Speedway RV and is looking to fill the position of campground host. The campground host will be responsible for the day to day operations of the park and will be the main point of contact for the interaction with the general public.

Campground host duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Being a welcoming presence to guests and visitors to the campground, maintaining a family-oriented atmosphere and handling customer service inquiries and requests
- Working with the park managers & maintenance staff on cleaning or maintenance of any buildings, landscape areas & campsites
- Managing the campground guest traffic using the Campspot software to ensure smooth campground customer arrivals and departures
- Working in the campground store as required
- The campground host will be expected to live onsite during the summer months at minimum, with winter to be negotiated

Qualifications:

- Exceptional customer service relations and communication skills
- The ability of handling a demanding workload
- Able to educate guests on park rules and diffuse difficult situations as required
- Able to use discretion and good judgement while working with mínimal supervision
- Ability to perform physical labour, if required
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with small tools, lawnmowers, weed eaters etc
- Able to perform minor repairs and maintenance, if required
- Proof of clean criminal record
- Class 5 drivers license

Compensation
- Lodging onsite is to be negotiated. The campground host could provide their own RV for onsite accommodation or be provided lodging onsite
- Full extended health care package with dental and long-term disability after 3 months

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
