Server/bartender

**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring that each drink meets our high standards of quality. Your expertise in bartending and knowledge of food safety will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash management.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods.
- Uphold a high level of hospitality, creating a friendly and inviting environment for all guests.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and food handling practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide outstanding hospitality to guests.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
