At Durham’s Finest Window and Eaves Cleaning, our mission is to deliver exceptional home maintenance services to all our local homeowners. Our focus is to build on personal development and help establish new skills. Full training is provided to ensure that all team members are fully prepared before going out to the job site.
We are seeking hard-working individuals who are looking to achieve optimal results. This is a fun and hands-on position that is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and adaptable. Opportunities for advancement is awarded to those who perform above expectations. Experience is not required but is an asset. At Durham’s Finest, we hire for coachability and attitude over experience
**Job Responsibilities include**:
- Window cleaning, eaves cleaning, pressure washing, and wood brightening
- Transportation of materials to and from the job site
- Working in a team environment
- Building rapport with clients and homeowners
- Marketing in-between job sites
- Work locally, we operate in Whitby, Ajax, Pickering
