Painter/decorator

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with carpenters, painters, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks
- Perform restoration work on damaged plaster surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in plastering or related construction fields
- Proficiency in construction painting techniques for both residential and commercial projects
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics
- Familiarity with rigging, carpentry, caulking, and time management practices
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
