**Responsibilities and Essential Functions**:

- Responsible for new store, remodels, refresh and dismantle of merchandise activities across Canada. Including, but not limited to:

- Ensures reset merchandise, including top stock, is stocked, fronted, fully packed down and priced in assigned area according to planogram; takes necessary photos of product displays and bay sets as directed.
- Identifies damaged products, removes them from the shelves, delivers them to Return to Manufacturer (RTM) area, and signs off on the products as defective.
- Assists in verification of buyback items and ensures they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
- Installs, maintains, and re-orders any damaged signage and product brochures; ensures POP re-order stickers are current, clean, intact, and properly displayed; looks for name, contact #, UPC #, re-order #, and description.
- Cleans, dusts, replaces damaged beams and/or grids, corrects incorrect planogram steel elevations, rotates and down stocks items for easier customer access, and ensures displays are in safe, clean, and working order at all times.
- Repair/seal damaged packaging and boxes including peg-hook items.
- Operate motor vehicles over long distances.
- Provides feedback and analysis on service execution to store, market, and corporate leaders.
- Identifies and helps to resolve store-level issues.
- Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage as well as digital maintenance of this information throughout the store
- Complete all scheduled assignments efficiently, accurately and on time.
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
- Other duties as assigned

- Be personable, articulate, knowledgeable and professional in presenting self to clients
- Ability to learn skills quickly with a mature and service-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work without supervision when needed, but capable of following the direction of the supervisor on-site when working with larger teams
- Attention to detail and highly motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to change direction, shift focus and work under tight deadlines
- Have a commitment to quality, attention to detail and taking pride in workmanship is essential

**Required credentials**:

- Minimum one (1) year retail merchandising experience
- Experience reading planogram or blueprints.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid drivers’ license.
- Must be able to travel to various locations in Canada for short/long periods of time.
- Must have a focus on safety and adherence to site safety rules.
- Capable of standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and lifting continuously
- Previous carpentry experience or proficiency handling tools is required.
