Mechanical Project Manager

A leading industrial services company in Southwestern Ontario is seeking an experienced **Project Manager/Estimator** to join its growing team. Specializing in millwrighting, electrical, welding, and fabrication, we support clients across a wide range of industrial sectors. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage ongoing client maintenance and project needs while proactively identifying future opportunities
- Cultivate and grow strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers
- Prepare detailed estimates, quotations, cost projections, and budgets
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution from start to finish
- Organize job tool lists, site equipment, and subcontractor activities
- Attend site visits, job walks, and project kickoff meetings with clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery
- Respond to service calls, breakdowns, and manpower requests in a timely manner
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within an industrial, multi-trade environment (e.g., millwrighting, fabrication, equipment relocation, pipefitting)
- Trade certification as a millwright is considered an asset, but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset

Pay: $75,585.82-$129,869.93 per year

**Experience**:
- Mechanical Project Managment: 5 years (preferred)
- Mechnical estimator: 4 years (preferred)
- PM work on millwrighting, fabrication, pipefitting: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- 442a (preferred)
