**Job Summary**

(New Restaurant opening soon)

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the flow of guests into the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements using our POS system.
- Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests during their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently as needed.
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling and cashiering processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the restaurant environment is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
