**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Interaction: Provide outstanding service by creating a welcoming and friendly environment for clients and pets.
- Communication: Answer calls, greet clients, and assist with medical inquiries, appointments, and service requests.
- Administrative Support: Handle pet admissions, discharges, invoicing, and prescriptions with attention to detail.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate client records and service data in our software system.
- Clinic Organization: Assist with maintaining clean and well-stocked clinic areas, including the pharmacy and treatment spaces.
- Pet Care Assistance: Help with medication administration, pet restraint, and proper identification.
- General Cleaning: Perform cleaning and maintenance duties, including sterilizing surgical equipment and ensuring clean cages.
**Skills & Experience**:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a veterinary clinic.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and compassion.
- Proficiency with POS software (AVImark preferred), Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
