**Responsibilities**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a millworker or cabinetmaker
- Proficiency in woodworking techniques, including cutting, shaping, and joining materials
- Familiarity with a range of woodworking machinery, CNC, and toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
