We’re seeking an experienced, Warehouse Manager to join our Fulfillment team. You’ll operate out of one of our dynamic Fulfillment Centers: these sit at the heart of Darwynn world-class, rapidly growing business. They’re where we manage our fast-moving inventory; they’re also where we developed our smart, industry-leading workflows.
As an Warehouse Manager, you’ll deliver inspiring, supportive leadership for the teams you manage. But at the same time, you don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves and getting involved whenever necessary.

You’ll be directly responsible for managing a of the Facility and their direct reports: meanwhile, you will report to determined Leadership of your Fulfillment Center. The quality of your leadership is key to success in this role: you’ll motivate and inspire your teams to do their best work, while planning schedules and activities that balance their needs with that of the business.

Your role will be pivotal in the overall management, control, organization, and direction of either Outbound or Inbound operational areas of your Fulfillment Center. Your responsibilities will include, amongst others:

- Help implement world class automation and test the fulfilment solution
- Supervise and participate in all of the warehouse’s daily activities while working to maximize efficiency and minimize staff overtime
- Recruiting and training new hires, and assisting warehouse employees with tasks when there is a need
- Assigning work schedules and timesheets to Warehouse Workers, and preparing a list of outgoing shipments
- Issuing lists of incoming items and shipments, and handing them over to the receiving personnel
- Ensuring a well-coordinated reception of all materials, items, and products, and making sure they are sorted, labelled, and stored per company standards and policies
- Ensure effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policies
- Go live and expectation management of the vicinity of operation
- Help implement and develop policies in accordance with the role
- Maintaining Health and Safety standards within your remit area, while promoting an inspiring Health and Safety culture on-site,
- In your inventory control and systems environment, you’ll manage timely data collection, updating operations metrics on an hourly basis,
- Implement process change and contribute in cross-functional Six Sigma initiatives within your site and the broader network approval
- Any other duties identified by your leadership
- You will be in an operational environment requiring working within shift pattern.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree from an accredited institution,
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English, and/or Mandarin
- Experience as a warehouse manager, leading front line employees and being able to coordinate activities within the daily operation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Engineering or a an Operations certificate
- Excellent communication skills and detail oriented,
- Relevant experience communicating with and presenting to senior leadership,
- Professional experience interpreting and communicating analytics,
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment,
- Ability to motivate a team,
- Professional experience from production, supply chain or manufacturing areas,
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies,
- Leadership Principle experience
