Your key responsibilities, will be production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the production of all weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports within the targeted days to close
- Manage completion of financial year-end schedules and tasks
- Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and report system ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulation requirements
- Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring and reporting standard
- Review cash position and cash forecast on regular basis
- Create and implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all departments, as required
- Oversee and lead all accounting and payroll operations for the company
- Analyze cost efficiencies within the organization
- Propose consistent improvements to existing procedures
- Ensure seamless implementation and execution of the accounting processes
- Provide leadership and direction to deliver efficient and effective performance of the accounting team
- Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team to execute company projects
- Additional tasks as required
