**Shift**:7.5 hour shifts Days - Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm

**Summary**:

- Maintain the GRH item file (over 35,000 items) at the local level and at the consolidated SMGH level working with SMGH supply chain staff
- Set up and maintain requester users within Infor
- Build new, and maintains current requesting locations within Infor
- Run and review daily reports for errors and make corrections as required
- Perform data uploads/queries to Infor system
- Monitor daily system error logs
- Support the month end close process each month
- Work on projects for future enhancements in Purchasing and Supply Chain as required
- Extract reports for the purchasing and supply chain team
- Develop tools to assist departmental staff in supply chain with the operation of the system
- Recommend system improvements to improve efficiency of system
- Develop of custom reports and BI cubes to assist staff with daily workload
- Liaise with I.S. staff and the vendor regarding system configurations, errors, troubleshooting and resolution

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary diploma in purchasing, inventory, supply chain or business administration with a focus on supply chain
- 1-2 year recent work experience in supply chain administration, end user support of processes and supply chain administration
- Related work experience in a complex environment is required, preferably within the health care sector
- Experience using Infor supply chain management software is preferred
- Knowledge of purchasing and materials management is an asset
- Project management experience is an asset
- Experience with producing a variety of HRIS reports is required
- Ability to work independently on on-going assignments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a proven track record in building and maintaining cross functional relationships
