**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Create a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and active participation.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and observations; provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress and behavioral issues.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline according to school policies.

**Skills**
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong tutoring skills to provide additional support for students who may need it.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to students and engage them in learning.
- Ability to educate diverse groups of students with varying abilities and backgrounds.
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques to create a conducive learning environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
