**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Completion of repair assignments following company guidelines and supplier procedures to meet customer specifications.
- Cooperate and assist other personnel in the repairing and prepping of vehicles.
- Operate and use body shop equipment safely.
- Maintain tools and keep equipment clean and in a proper state of repair.
- Keep the work area clean.
- Remove exterior trim and hardware.
- Remove sub-coatings.
- Match colours and ability to mix paint according to specifications.
- Prepare metal surfaces for painting by sanding and masking.
- Clean and polish painted surfaces, including paint corrections, runs, de-nibbing and full surface polishing.
- Remove decals.
- Make a conscious effort to complete work according to the timelines, including arriving early or staying late to complete work/tasks as required.
- Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with managers and fellow employees in a positive spirit of teamwork.
- Ability to excel in a team-centric work environment.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrate and champion a healthy and safe work environment.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Red seal trade qualified or relevant job experience ( prefer five years or more ).
- Paint guns including Sealer, Primer, Base coat, and Clear coat.
- Sanders; Ens does provide a 3M Festool Painter D.A.
- Professional demeanour and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and work ethic.
- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time, and using power and hand-held equipment.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and safe driving history.
**Ens Collision Centre Provided Equipment**:
- Paint suits.
- Cleaning material for paint guns.
- Common failure components for paint guns.
- Positive fresh air hood.
- Respirator masks.
- Polishers and pads.
- Hearing protection.
- Eye protection.
- Gloves.
