**Responsibilities for Regional Sales Manager**
- Report to Director of Business Development and supports Signal 88 through quota attainment and revenue generation
- Strong B2B / Direct Sales background
- Maintain a self-starter attitude with creative prospecting and good time management skills
- Acquire new clients while maintaining the highest quality of customer service with existing customer base
- Attended scheduled meeting generated by the Sales Development team
- Generate outbound prospect meeting (phone, zoom and onsite)
- Attend product training/develop meetings and gain a full understanding of our communication infrastructure
- Manage the sales cycle start to finish
- Collaborate with sales team by bringing innovative lead generation/customer success ideas
**Qualifications for Sales Development Representative**
- 3-5 years B2B/Direct Sales experience
- Working knowledge of the private security market preferred, not required
- Working knowledge and experience with managing a CRM or customer database
- Flawless communication skills, both written and oral (English, French is an asset)
- Positive attitude, excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
- Must be able to travel within the outlined territory (Toronto/GTA) on a weekly/monthly basis as needed (On-site customer meetings/walkthroughs will be required)
- Have a strong work ethic, eager to learn
- Loves closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement
**What will your days look like?**:
- Prospecting of new clients (75% of your time)
- Maintain existing clients (25% of your time)
- Weekly Sales Meeting (training, forecasting, collaboration)
- Maintain the database (CRM)
- Performance reviews
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
