**Job Summary**

Handles water-related emergencies and offers restoration services for properties affected by water damage. Their duties include drying and dehumidifying damp areas, repairing flood damage, and removing mold. To effectively evaluate and address the damage, the Flood Technician must be knowledgeable in construction, carpentry, and electrical systems.

**Duties**
- Examine damaged property to determine the degree of water damage
- Extract water from impacted surfaces using pumps, extractors, and other equipment
- Set up fans and dehumidifiers to facilitate drying of the area
- Monitor drying process and adjust equipment settings as needed
- Mold remediation and removal
- Clean and disinfect affected areas

**Qualifications**
- Experience in water damage restoration (preferred)
- Familiar in water damage restoration techniques and proficient in using extraction equipment
- Willing to work on a flexible hours, overtime and on-call rotation (evenings and weekends if needed)
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Competence in adhering to instructions and safety regulations
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Driver's license (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
