Overview:
**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and served in line with food safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen cleaning duties as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve smooth service and efficient food preparation.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the restaurant's menu, ingredients, and food preparation techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and high level of energy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver food and equipment as required.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment for extended periods.

- Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately and consistently.
