**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the loading and unloading of rail wheelsets using overhead cranes. As well as the operation of lathe to produce a finished product.
- Identify non-conforming products and communicate issues to the supervisor
- Follow work procedures demonstrating exceptional standards for quality
- Maintain a safe and orderly work environment
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures
- Meet daily production and quality targets

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Skilled in precision measuring using micrometers, verniers.
- Punctual
- Excellent eye/hand coordination
- Ability to multi-task and respond quickly to changes as required
- Ability to work an 8 hour shift (rotation of days (7am-3pm) and evenings (3pm-11pm))
