**Job Title: Lead Carpenter**

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Perform daily tasks and checklist as needed and in a timely fashion for project completion
- Fabricate and install structures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Restore and repair damaged structures with attention to detail
- Serve as a leader to your carpenters helper.
- Proficiently use Hand tools and Power tools to complete carpentry tasks

**Experience**:

- 4+ years of proven experience in carpentry and construction projects
- Proficiency in reading, comprehending, and using the imperial measuring system of feet inches and factions of an inch
- Read write and comprehend the english language
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Knowledge of construction techniques
- Experience in trim installation, framing, deck building, window and door installations, siding installation, preperation of siding trims and flashings, and roof installation and repair are all a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
