Maple Ridge, Canada Curious Minds Learning Centre Full time

Curious Minds Learning Centre is looking for a ECE Assistant to join our team. We are seeking someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. This position is responsible for assisting the teachers and supervising the day-to-day activities of the classroom.

We are currently seeking a Part-time OSC Educator... In our dedicated Out of School space Located at Maple Ridge Elementary location We provide care for children ages 5 to 12 for before and after school, professional development days and during the Winter, Spring and Summer breaks. This position requires a high energy, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude and a passion for supporting and advocating for children and families.

HOURS OF WORK Monday to Friday -SPLIT SHIFT 7:00am - 9:00am /2:00 to 6:00 pm (September - June)

Holidays & School Breaks - Must be available full-time hours

July & August - 6-8 hour shifts between 8am and 6:00 pm

Also Opportunities for extra hours at any of the other 3 locations (Infant/Toddler, and Daycare)

This is a perfect position for someone in school or wanting to go to school for there ECE There are opportunities to grow with in the company as well as financial assistance for professional development classes or workshops

Employment includes:

QUALIFICATIONS

1) Responsible Adult Certificate and/or ECE assistant certification (willing to obtain)

2) Valid first aid and child CPR (Current First Aid Certificate an asset.) willing to obtain ASAP

3) Criminal record will be checked

4) Medical clearance required

5) 3 references

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
