Yama Restaurant in Hotel Vogue, located in downtown Montreal, is a new and fresh concept that focuses on elevated all day dining. Modern and elegant breakfast and banquets service executed alongside a fine-dining driven lunch and dinner, with a stress on refined nikkei cuisine. A highly skilled executive team will lead a large brigade with the goal of creating a standout dining experience. **Commis**
- Exécuter un service à la carte et en chambre pour le petit-déjeuner, le dîner, le souper, la pâtisserie et les banquets
- S’assurer du haut niveau de consistance de la qualité des aliments
- Surveiller et exécuter les tâches de préparation nécessaires
- Maintenir des niveaux de par/stocks appropriés
- Maintenir les normes de propreté et de sécurité alimentaire dans toutes les zones de travail et de stockage
- Heures flexibles
- Traitement des déchets
- Nettoyage du sol
- Se rapporte au sous-chef, au chef de cuisine et au chef exécutif
**Line Cook**
- Execute a la carte & room service for breakfast, lunch, dinner, pastry, and banquets
- Ensure high level of quality and consistency in all food
- Monitor and execute necessary prep duties
- Maintain appropriate par levels
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all work and storage areas
- Flexible hours
- Waste disposal
- Floor cleaning
- Report to Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and Executive Chef
**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
