**Position Overview**: As a Sales Representative at Vento, you'll play a vital role in our growth by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with our high-quality products/services. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Product Knowledge**:Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services to address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.
- **Relationship Building**:Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through trust and effective communication.
- **Customer Support**:Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
- **Market Research**:Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
- **Reporting**:Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and activity documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of sales or hospitality experience.
- A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
- A passion for sales and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

**Salary**: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
