We are an intimate, community-focused restaurant that transforms with the seasons: cozy and warm during the winter, bustling and lively on our expansive patio in the summer. As we continue to grow and elevate our culinary offerings, we are seeking a passionate and talented **CDC** to lead our kitchen team.

- **Experience at Bib Gourmand or Top 100 Restaurants**: You have a proven track record in kitchens known for culinary excellence.

- **Passion for Excellence**: You’re always striving for improvement—whether it’s refining recipes, developing menus, or leading a team to new heights.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that reflect creativity, sustainability, and local inspiration.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team to achieve consistent excellence.
- Manage food costing, inventory, and vendor relationships to maintain efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure that kitchen operations uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, health, and safety.
- Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of kitchen experience, including leadership positions in high-caliber establishments.
- Expertise in sourcing local, fresh ingredients and creating seasonal, ingredient-driven dishes.
- Strong organizational and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
