IN THIS ROLE, YOU CAN EXPECT TO.
- Help enable new ways for our financial customers to build solutions for their businesses, delivering Omni Channel solutions which allow business transactions to be completed in a dynamic and intelligent fashion.
- Work with the product management team, customers, and fellow product owners to build up and prioritize the feature backlog.
- Define the acceptance criteria for all stories.
- Review the demo for each story to ensure the requirements have been fully met and the greatest business value is achieved.
- Collaborate with the scrum teams to provide guidance that allows them to deliver solutions and capabilities that exceed expectations.
- Work in a scaled agile environment leading and participating in the various ceremonies including the Program Increment planning, sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.

You have the following
- University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years defining and prioritizing business requirements and working closely with technology teams to ensure they are understood.
- Experience creating and managing Epics and stories using tools such as Jira and Jira Align (AgileCraft).
- 3 years + working in an agile/scrum environment.
- Strong oral and written communication and comprehension skills.
- Excellent team skills.

- Familiarity with the financial and/or banking business.
- Experience with Scaled Agile (e.g. SAFe).
