Labourer/prepper

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for sandblasting and painting, including cleaning, masking, taping, and degreasing parts.
- Assist with moving, loading, and unloading materials within the shop.
- Inspect parts and surfaces to ensure proper preparation and finish quality.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Support sandblasters and painters by ensuring materials are prepped and ready on schedule.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Perform other general labor or shop duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an industrial, sandblasting, or painting environment is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely (up to 50lbs)
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a high level aptitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment.
