**Job title**: Sales Associate - Part Time

**Reports to**: Store Manager

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**

***_ SALES & STORE OPERATIONS_**
- **_ Inventory Management:_**_ _**_maintain stockroom organization standards; support all inventory handling procedures, including consolidations, recalls, markdowns and shipment receiving; _**:

- **_Loss Prevention & Security:_**_ _follow all operating and cash management policies & procedures to ensure store assets are secure to minimize los_s_
- **_ Maintain Health & Safety Standards:_**_ _follow all health & safety standards to maintain a safe work environment for all staff, including following ladder usage policy_
- **_ Store Set-up & Organization:_**_ _maintain all areas of the store such as stockrooms, cash desks, and ensures operational binders are maintained and set up for use to run an efficient store_
- **_ Communication:_**_ _review all communication tools to keep up-to-date on business performance and other key tasks to be completed as directed by the management team_
- **_ Commitment to Learning_**:Actively participate in all meetings and training initiatives to enhance skills

**_CUSTOMER SERVICE_**
- **_ Service Model Ambassador_**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, by following GEOX Service Model steps and is always friendly, helpful and sincere in their approach
- Consistently foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members in a fair and consistent manner
- Maintain strong knowledge regarding product, promotions and special events in order to communicate to customers for more effective selling
- Handle customer service opportunities in a positive and professional manner
- **_Visual Merchandising Ambassador_**:

- Supports all corporate visual directives and maintain those standards throughout the day
- Maintain the appearance of the selling floor, restock and merchandise according to GEOX standards and company objectives
- Partner with management team on the implementation of monthly visual directives
- **_ Brand Ambassador_**:

- Passionate and knowledgeable of all GEOX technologies, products and patents
- Knowledgeable in communication all aspects of product including store collections, best sellers and seasonal product trends**_ _**:

- Facilitates own learning to confidently and passionately interact with every customer

**Education**:
High School or College Degree or commensurate retail experience**_
- **

**Previous Experience**

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the retail industry in a results focused and customer centric retail environment (preferably fashion apparel/footwear)

**Required Skills**:
**Communication skills** - ability to clearly communicate & articulate key ideas and concepts**Strong**
**interpersonal skills** - can connect easily with people**Strong computer and system skills** - proficiency in Microsoft Excel and POS system**Knowledgeable of performance metrics & basic math skills**
