**What you’ll do**
- Deliver outstanding hairstyling and barbering services tailored to each client's needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations
- Engage with clients to provide personalized consultations on styles, colors, and products
- Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling using salon software like MINDBODY
- Mentor junior stylists and barbers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Drive retail sales by effectively upselling products that complement client services
- Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent communication skills

**Basic qualifications**
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations
- Proficient in color theory and various hairstyling techniques

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience with eyelash extensions and nail care services
- Familiarity with retail math to assist in product sales analysis
- Previous experience in store management or supervisory roles
