**Monarch Landscaping is looking to hire a skilled Landscaper who has 3+ years in landscaping/hardscaping**

The majority of the time the work day will start at 7am am-6 pm, we focus on hardscaping though some days we do softscaping if required (sodding & Plants)

This ideal person will have the skills to jump into this role but **more importantly a positive mindset, great work ethic, reliability, and being on time.**
- 3+ years of hardscaping experience
- Full G license
- Experince driving with a trailer

**Nice to have**
- Experience using a bobcat or skid steer
- Experience Buying Materials
- Experince with carpentry is a huge bonus

**What you will do**
- Understand complete project goals and visions, and independently outline ordered steps to complete projects.
- Excavate, prepare base, grade/screed, transfer materials and stone, and install.
- Use company funds to purchase and deliver materials, tracking and replenishing on-the-job stock as instructed.
- Safely secure all materials/equipment onto company trucks and trailers for transfer
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and drive vehicles and trailers to and from the site,
- Utilize the software Jobber and what's Up for communication
- Install sod, plants, garden bed edging and other soft scaping needs

- 8-12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Optin Saturdays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Hardscaping: 3 years (required)
