**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Regional Credit Manager, the Office Administrator/Credit Support is responsible for handling customer calls, setting up new accounts in our systems, sourcing credit reports, maintain both electronic and manual filing systems, receive daily mail, releasing orders on credit hold, process daily deposits.

To experience success in the position, the Credit Support/Admin:

- Well organized
- Self Starter
- Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Processing incoming mail
- Setting up new approved accounts (from the approved folder), transfer accounts, cash sales, notify other depts as necessary
- Scanning/moving new accounts and other documents to the electronic folder
- Deposit prep, cheque scanning
- POS payments, processing and daily deposit
- Answering phones
- Process, file and follow up monthly credit dept expenses
- Pull credit reports as required
- Greet customers and take payments (cheque and POS)
- Manage inventory for office supplies
- Special projects as directed by Regional Credit Manager
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Regional Credit Manager

**Qualifications**:
**Skills and Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years office experience
- Work comfortably within a small team
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office, Word and Outlook
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, highly organized, customer focused
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Ability to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process orders

**Preferred Skills**
- Previous experience with or knowledge of plumbing and building products
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Experience using M3
