**Psychometrist/Admin Assistant for Private Psychology Practice - Full-Time, Permanent**

Dr. Smolewska, C.Psych. and Dr. Tompkins, C.Psych. operate independent private psychology practices and share an office space in Waterloo. The position would be suitable for an experienced psychometrist looking for full-time permanent employment, who is interested in helping us grow our businesses.

Ideal Experience & Qualities:

- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- able to work independently
- professional manner
- impeccable attention to detail
- strong writing/communication skills
- conscientious and courteous
- interested in learning new skills (e.g., learning new tests, report writing)
- a keen interest in psychology

**Duties**:

- Administration and scoring of a wide range of child and adult psychometric tests
- sending questionnaires to clients and scoring them
- scheduling client appointments
- responding to client inquiries
- scanning materials
- writing/editing of reports/letters
- other tasks to keep the office running smoothly
- we may consider separating psychometry and admin tasks for two positions

Hours:

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- 9am-5pm (flexible)
- Vacation Pay in lieu of paid time off (negotiable)
- Position available immediately, but start date can be flexible
