**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Investigate and analyze all types of customer requests
- Respond to client/banner inquiries within the framework of their knowledge
- Understanding, analyzing, and diagnosing the nature of the problems
- Responsible for resolving customer and client/banner
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Thoroughness in clerical manual tasks and providing updates
- Committed to maintaining positive relationships with customers, clients/banners and the internal team
- Able to solve practical problems
- Able to work using several different interfaces and programs
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for each related client/banner
- Others related tasks

**EDUCATION**:

- College diploma or equivalent experience

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience in the customer service industry
- 1-year general office experience, including telephone techniques and computer skills, in a customer service environment is required
