We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced **Flat Roofing Service Manager** to lead and grow our service department. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily service operations, managing service teams, and delivering top-quality work and customer service in all aspects of the flat roofing repair and maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, manage, and support a team of flat roofing service technicians.
- Receive, access, and prioritize service requests: schedule and dispatch crews accordingly.
- Diagnose roofing issues, recommend effective solutions, and provide accurate repair quotes.
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, materials used, work performed, and client interactions.
- Monitor and manage service inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and functionality.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships: respond promptly to concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to promote service contracts and upsell additional services.
- Track and control department expenses to maintain cost efficiency.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and best practices in flat roofing systems.
- Enforce adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with extensive knowledge of flat roofing systems and repair methods.
- At least 2 years of experience specifically in roofing service work.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within roofing or construction is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Working knowledge of job management software.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Solid understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures.
- A passion for delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
