AWFI is a custom millwork and manufacturing firm specializing in commercial projects that has been operating in the Toronto area for over 20 years. We are AWMAC and LEED certified and educated in the Disney Approach to quality service and have produced millwork in over 1600 construction projects internationally, 1000 of which in the greater Toronto area alone.

We are looking for an estimator with experience dealing with architectural millwork. We are a company who is growing at a fast pace and this role will be critical to our success. If you answer yes to several of the questions below, we want to hear from you.

What you would be doing?
- Do you have experience determining the costs and logistics associated with millwork contracts for large commercial construction projects?
- Have you prepared quotes and proposals to present to clients?
- Are you able to read architectural and interior design drawings?
- Do you have experience using Excel and consider yourself as tech savvy?
- Do you have experience reviewing contract documents, such as project specifications, construction schedules, and bid forms?
- Have you used Bluebeam, Onedrive, Saleshandy?
- Are you able to assess all factors of a project scope that may impact cost?
- Are you able to estimate time, materials and labour required to complete a project?

**What is needed from you?**
- Do you have 3-5 years of experience in the architectural, construction, and manufacturing industry?
- Do you have a high attention to detail?
- Do you have strong organizational and computer skills particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook?
- Do you a high level of accuracy when preparing quotes?
- Are you able to communicate both orally and written professionally and effectively?
- Do you have experience in the woodworking or millwork industry?

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
