Railtown Café & Catering is seeking a dedicated and reliable Stewarding Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals committed to maintaining high-quality standards in cleanliness and organization within our catering kitchen. You’ll have the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment that values hard work and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the dishwashing area.
- Manage and support the stewarding team.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dish area, washrooms, and common areas.
- Assist with the daily cleaning and upkeep of kitchen areas.
- Oversee waste and recycling disposal systems.
- Supervise facility maintenance.
- Develop, manage, and schedule the Stewarding team.
- Support kitchen staff by organizing and restocking cleaning supplies as needed.
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules and sanitation logs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A minimum of five years in a dishwashing, stewarding, or related role is required; additional on the job training will be provided.
- A minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and initiative.
- Strong organizational skills.
