Airdrop Logistics is seeking reliable **Minivan and Cargo Van Owner Operators** to join our growing last-mile delivery network. As an independent contractor, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient delivery.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and on time.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and report any delays or issues.
- Handle packages with care and provide excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Must own a **Minivan or Cargo Van** (model must meet delivery standards).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages (up to **50 lbs**).
- Smartphone with data plan for route navigation and communication.
- Previous delivery experience is an asset but not required.
