Concrete Sales Manager

**Job Description**:
Actively seek out new sales and customers.
Communicate effectively with plant managers to ensure sales/orders can be met.
Consider and be aware of all internal and external factors when putting together pricing for customers.
Develop relationships with current and future customers.
Review monthly billing to ensure what is being billed is correct and accurate.
Review/Verify invoices from a variety of suppliers.
Aid in the driver hiring process.
Respond effectively to any issues that arise on the day-to-day operations.
Monitor various bidding sites for upcoming projects/potential sales.
Set up meetings with potential new clients.
Explore various regions within our sales area and be aware of any projects that will have demand for concrete.
Manage/guide drivers and other plant personnel towards organizational goals and standards.
Play a support role on the operations front and fill in various positions as required.
Review plant reports and compare sales against previous months, years and/or sales forecasts.
Collaborate with management in creating an annual concrete pricelist and pricing for preferred contractors.
Work with management and all company stakeholders to move towards sales targets set out at the beginning of the year.
Meet with management on a regular basis to review goals and sales targets.
Technical training of concrete can be provided.
