**_ Role Overview:_**
Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Manager will develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans to meet the organization’s goals. You’ll collect and analyze data about customers, sales trends, and competitive services to develop sales and marketing initiatives aligned with Chartright’s overall business priorities, vision and values.
**_ What you will do:_**
- Responsible for the development, execution and evaluation of marketing programs and campaigns, including advertising and media effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify service product opportunities and strategic sales opportunities
- Analyze and interpret data from surveys, focus groups, market research, and sales data (quantitative and qualitative) to identify market and service opportunities and avenues of promotion
- Develop analytical reports and establish marketing metrics to show progress and impact of marketing initiatives
- Coach, motivate and support team members promoting a collegial and positive company culture
**_ What you bring:_**
- University degree or College Diploma in Business or Marketing
- Minimum 5 years’ progressive Marketing experience; program development, campaign management, marketing communications and media buying
- Solid knowledge of marketing best practices, tools and approaches including leveraging social media
- Strong leadership skills include a people focus and ability to engage, motivate and collaborate across teams and levels with solid results
- Self-Starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects independently and influence stakeholders
- Strong business acumen combined with a process-improvement focus and entrepreneurial mind-set
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- A customer-focus and continuous improvement bent, always looking for ways to add value
- High self-motivation with the ability to work within deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office including advanced MS Excel, Power Point and other reporting/analytics tools
